We also collect personal information relating to our Client’s customers (“Customer Data“). We process Customer Data on behalf of our Clients as their service provider. Our Clients are accountable for the Customer Data that we process on their behalf. If you are a customer of one of our Clients and have questions about how your Customer Data is handled, please contact the Client directly.

If you choose to apply for financing options made available by third party partners through our Services, we may collect information on behalf of these partners, such as your name and contact information, gender, date of birth and other information necessary for these partners to assess your financial situation and eligibility for their services.

Information We Collect Automatically

We automatically collect information about your computer or mobile device when you visit our Site. This information may include your IP address, browser and device type, access times, the web page from which you came, the regions from which you navigate the webpage and the webpage(s) you access (as applicable).

We may also use cookies and similar tools to improve your experience on the Site. Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website, in order to track use of the site and to improve your user experience. For example, we use cookies to remember your log-in session so you can move easily within the Site, and to track the number of unique visits to our Site. Most computer and some mobile web browsers automatically accept cookies but, if you prefer, you can change your browser to prevent that or to notify you each time a cookie is set. Please note however that, by blocking or deleting cookies, you may not be able to take full advantage of the Site.

We work with Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze information about use of the website and report on activities and trends. You can learn about Google’s practices by going to https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/, and opt out of them by downloading the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We also use Google’s advertising services to collect and access certain demographic and internet data about your visits to our Sites and third-party websites. We use this information to better understand your needs and preferences, and to provide you with advertising that is customized to your inferred interests and preferences. You may opt out of these Google advertising features by using Google’s ad settings https://www.google.com/settings/ads or by installing the Google opt-out browser add-on.

We also work with other third-party advertisers and networks in connection with online advertising. These entities may use cookies and similar tools to track your activities on our Site and on other websites in order to serve you with advertising that is tailored to your inferred interests. You may visit the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”) consumer choice page at https://optout.aboutads.info, for information about opting out of targeted advertising and the choices you have regarding information circulated among DAA companies. You may also visit the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) consumer opt-out page at www.networkadvertising.org/choices for information about opting out of targeted advertising and the choices you have regarding information circulated among NAI members. Please note that when using these ad industry opt-out tools, you may need to execute the opt-out on each browser or device that you use. Opting out does not mean you will stop receiving ads through our Site or on other websites. You may continue to receive ads, for example, based on the particular website that you are viewing. Also, if your browsers are configured to reject cookies when you opt-out on the DAA or NAI websites, your opt-out may not be effective.

Currently, AutoLeap’s systems do not recognize browser “do-not-track” requests.
